Orders

What if I need to change my order after I hit "submit"?

If you need to make a change to your order within 15 minutes of placing your order, you can: 
• Contact customer service via email : backealth@gmail.com, via online chat on home page, via FB or Instagram pages.

How do i know if my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?

There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

What do I do if something in my order is damaged or missing? 

Please contact a Backealth Customer Support Agent right away! Click here to view our returns/exchange policy and instructions.  Backealth must receive all returns and exchanges, including the replacement of missing or damaged items, within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

Why doesn't the USPS/Worldwide Carriers websites recognize the tracking number of an order I placed?

Your tracking number will not be recognized by USPS.com or Worldwide Shipping Carrier until approximately 72 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door.

When will I receive my order?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Please keep this in mind when selecting shipping options. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Backealth may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address be accurate and current. For more information about shipping, click here.

Your order may be delayed because the Backealth warehouses is closed on the following days:

Backealth.com ships Worldwide except some Countries During COVID-19:

Item Availability

All items available for sale on the backealth.com website are expected to be in stock and available for shipment. Orders begin the shipping process as soon as your online purchase is complete. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Currently, we do not offer advanced sale or backorder options.

Shipping Methods

If your order has multiple items and/or includes gift cards, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Please note that processing times can be 1 to 3 business days.

I haven't received my item.  Who should I contact?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still think your order is missing, the backealth.com Customer Service team is available via email: backealth@gmail.com

How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

All order communication is done via email, so it's important that your email address is accurate and current.

What types of payment do you accept?

Backealth.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express . You may also pay with PayPal, or store credit.

Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?

No. We do not charge a Sales tax.

How do I pay with PayPal on backealth.com?

You need to have own AC created in PayPal. At checkout, you can select PayPal as a payment option.

Can I split the payment for my order between PayPal and another form of payment?

If you are using PayPal, you will not be able to use any other form of payment on that order.

How do I return or exchange something if I have paid with PayPal?

As with any return, exchange or refund, you must contact Backealth Customer Service and they will help you through the process.  Click here to view our Return/Refund policy. 

If I am using PayPal, can I still choose to have it shipped to a different address than my billing address?

You may choose a different shipping address for your order, however, the billing address on your PayPal account must match the billing address on your backealth.com order. If you choose to use PayPal Express, your billing address will be imported automatically.

Why isn't my PayPal payment going through?

Check to see that the billing addresses for your backealth.com order and your PayPal account match. If they do, check the rest of your PayPal account information for errors, including your current balance.

Can I add items to my PayPal order once I submit it?

Sorry, you cannot add items or make changes once you submit your PayPal order. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

My coupon code did not apply, can i still add it although my order has been placed?

Please contact Backealth Customer Support to verify that your coupon code is valid. Most promotions are advertised on our site. If you have received a personal code via a newsletter and it did not apply, please contact Backealth Customer Support immediately after your order has been placed. (PLEASE NOTE: COUPONS THAT HAVE EXPIRED WILL NOT BE APPLIED).

I'm looking for a specific item, but I no longer see it online. Can I still get it?

If an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time, but we may be able to find out if it's coming back in. Just email backealth@gmail.com or submit a support request by clicking here. Include the item name, description. We'll find out if and when it's coming back in!
